Annual Service Recognition
Eligibility: Employees with five or more years of service.
Benefit Description: A service award program is held annually to recognize employees for years of service. Service awards are given for each five year anniversary.

Benefit Description: Monthly recognition is given to employees who exemplify and embrace the Standards of Performance at Sierra View.

Shining Stars are given to an exemplary employee and/or leader that lives the values and continuously exceed the Standards of Performance of SVDH. They help us achieve success in our Journey to Excellence.

Spotlight Nominees go above and beyond expectations and exhibit one or more of the Ten Standards of Performance. For example, these are co-workers that go out of their job duties to assist a patient or help you with a task.

Department Spotlights are given to departments to thank them for their continued hard work and dedication to Sierra View.

Hospital Week Celebration
Eligibility: All employees.
Premiums: Employer paid.
Benefit Description: Sierra View's Board of Directors and Senior Management sponsor a week-long celebration filled with festivities including a gift giveaway and employee barbecue.

Annual Employee Picnic
Eligibility: All employees.
Premiums: Discounted rates to special events.
Benefit Description: An employee picnic takes place every July as a fun outing and getaway for employees and their families. Past picnics have taken place at Wild Water Adventure Park and the McDermont Field House.

Annual Holiday Party
Eligibility: All employees.
Premiums: Discounted rate to event.
Benefit Description: A holiday party takes place every December and includes dinner, dancing and a raffle for employees in attendance.
