 On Saturday, September 11, 2011, the Sierra View District Hospital Foundation hosted its 5th Annual Gala, entitled "A Moment in Time", at the Young's residence, Indian Oaks Ranch in Springville, Ca. In just five years, this black-tie event has raised over $200,000 towards various projects and technologically advanced equipment at Sierra View. Incredible community support has made the Gala one of the premier charity events in southeastern Tulare County.
In light of the date for last year's event, the Foundation felt it imperative to honor and pay homage to all the men and women who serve our community in emergency services. As a result, the proceeds from the event benefited the Sierra View District Hospital Emergency Department. The proceeds will fund the purchase of two new Electrocardiogram machines (EKG/ECG) and a Difficult Airway Box.
The Gala is an evening filled with great food and entertainment, including wine tasting, a live band and raffle drawing. We hope you will consider participating in the exclusive event this year! The 2011 Gala will once again take place at Indian Oaks ranch and with dinner catered by The Vintage Press of Visalia and musical guest Run-4-Cover is back to perform by popular demand.Ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities will be available soon.
