The 5th annual SVDH Foundation Gala, A Moment in Time, will take place Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the home of Larry and Jody Young.

This black-tie optional evening will be catered by Vintage Press of Visalia and feature a premium wine bar, dancing to sensational music provided by Run 4 Cover, with fabulous prizes raffled off throughout the evening.

Incredible community support has made the Gala one of the premier charity events in Southeastern Tulare County.  In just four years, the Gala has raised over $254,000 towards projects and equipment for Sierra View District Hospital.  Previous projects and equipment include a cardiac catheterization lab, nuclear medicine machine and level II nursery. 

In light of the date for this year's event, the Foundation felt it imperative to honor and pay homage to all the men and women who serve our community in emergency services.  As a result, the proceeds from the event will benefit the Sierra View District Hospital Emergency Department.  The proceeds will fund the purchase of two new Electrocardiogram machines (EKG/ECG) and a Difficult Airway Box.
