Childbirth ClassAn educational experience for expectant mothers as they prepare for the birthing experience. Focuses on breathing techniques and characteristics of newborns. English classes first four Mondays of the month at 6:00 p.m. Spanish class last Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Diabetes Meal Planning

Advanced Diabetic Class Classes are taught by a registered dietitian and classes are free. Classes are subject to change. Please call 788-6163 to register! Look Good, Feel BetterA free, non-medical, brand-neutral, national public service program founded in 1989 and supported by corporate donors to help women offset appearance-related changes from cancer treatment. Classes are the second Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. HeartSaverGeneral CPR class sponsored by the American Heart Association. Learn basic CPR skills for use on adults, children and infants as well as how to help someone who is choking. $45 fee. Third Wednesday and last Tuesday of each month. Cancer SupportA compassionate environment for anyone whose life has been touched by cancer. The newly diagnosed, cancer survivors, and friends and family members of those who have experience cancer will find this a useful, informative, and emotionally supportive experience.
