Paid Time Off (PTO)
Eligibility: Full-time.
Premiums: Employer paid.
Benefit Description: PTO accruals based on length of services used for: vacation, illness, holiday, emergency, personal business. Accrued, but not accessible during the first 90 days of employment.
Jury Duty
Eligibility: Full-time & Part-time.
Premiums: Employer Paid.
Benefit Description: Up to five (5) scheduled working days paid after submitting verification of service.
Bereavement Pay
Eligibility: Full-time/after three months employment.
Premiums: Employer paid.
Benefit Description: Up to three (3) paid scheduled days within five (5) days of the day of death or funeral.
State Disability Insurance (SDI)
Eligibility: All employees following 7 day waiting period.
Premiums: Employee Paid/State of California.
Benefit Description: SDI is a mandated deduction that provides financial assistance during periods of disability. Hospital coordinates PTO with SDI benefits.
