401(a) Profit and Pension Trust Eligibility: Full-time & part-time employees. Six months from date of hire. Premiums: Employer investment. Benefit Description: Employer contributes six percent of base salary beginning the 1st pay period following six months of employment with a four percent employee contribution to the 457(b). Employer matches ten percent after three years of continuous participation with a 10% employee contribution to the 457(b). Employees are 100% vested upon hire.

Voluntary Deferred Compensation Tax Deferred Savings Plan Eligibility: Full-time & part-time employees. Premiums: Employee contributions. Benefit Description: Yearly maximum $16,500 with catch up provisions of $5,000 for age 50+. Part-time employees may also enroll.
Life Insurance Eligibility: Full-time & part-time employees. Premiums: Employer paid. Benefit Description: Two times annual salary with participation in retirement plan.
