Russell, and North Palisade Conference Rooms.
To donate blood, the requirements include being in good general health
and weighing a minimum of 110 pounds. The donor must be at least 16 years
of age and for those whom are less than 18 years old must have a written
parental consent. All that is needed the day of is a photo ID to register.
The final requirement is to eat a good meal and drink plenty of water
within four hours prior to donation.
Donors can give blood every eight weeks and will not be able to give blood
if they have donated within the past seven weeks. The SVMC Blood Drive
