Intro to Yoga

This particular class is designated for cancer patients, cancer survivors and SVMC employees and has been brought to you by the Sierra View Medical Center's Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center. 

If you want to try yoga, for any reason, that desire to try is all that's required! Our monthly classes, instructed by Elizabeth Dieterle, will lead you through the basics of yoga to help build strength, progressively at your own pace. 

Patients receiving active treatment, documentation of physician approval for physical activity, including possible restrictions/limitations is required prior to participation.
