
Join us for our 30-minute education sessions that provide mothers with important breastfeeding information and gives expecting mothers the opportunity to ask questions about feeding their baby. Our Why Breastfeed? session is taught by our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a local pediatrician, and a registered nurse. Our experts want mothers to feel empowered with knowledge and to be successful in feeding their babies. Download the flyer here.
Our Breastfeeding Classes are taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and provide clear, researched based breastfeeding information to expectant mothers and their partners. Classes are avaible monthly in both English and Spanish on the same days. Classes take place at the Breastfeeding Resource Center. Topics for the class are: breastfeeding expectations, strategies for success, nursing positions, and latching. Download the flyer here.
