Back-to-School Event at Sierra View Community Health Center - Terra Bella

Get your child ready for the new school year!

From July 15 through August 31, children can receive a school physical, wellness visit, immunizations check, or sports physical at the Sierra View Community Health Center - Terra Bella. The first 100 children to complete a scheduled visit will receive a free backpack filled with school supplies. Child must be present to receive a backpack. Backpacks are available while supplies last.

Available for children in TK through 12th grade. Please bring your child's vaccine records and insurance card. Appointments are required. To schedule, call (559) 544-6815.
