The Patient Portal provides patients and their families access to health information online at any time and from almost anywhere. With the portal, patients are able to access their visit history, health summary report, lab results and imaging reports as well as update personal information.

All of the information in the portal comes from your SVMC Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.

You can also give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your portal. This needs to be done within your healthcare facility and requires signed consent from you and your family members.

Prior to signing up, you must have provided your email address to the Registration Department at Sierra View. Make sure to use the same email during the "Sign Up" process.
