The Sierra View Foundation Golf Classic returns for its 21st annual tournament on Friday, April 10, 2026, at River Island Country Club in Porterville. This long-standing event brings together local businesses, community leaders, and golf enthusiasts in support of local healthcare.
For more than two decades, the Sierra View Golf Classic has been one of the premier charity golf events in Tulare County, raising over $450,000 to support health services at Sierra View Medical Center. Each year, more than 100 golfers participate, helping strengthen healthcare in our community through local philanthropy.
In 2026, the Sierra View Foundation will be fundraising for a new echocardiography (echo) and ultrasound imaging system that supports care for both cardiac and cancer patients. This technology provides real-time imaging to help diagnose and monitor heart conditions, track heart health during chemotherapy, and support cancer diagnosis and procedures. Updated ultrasound technology improves image quality, expands clinical capabilities, and helps ensure timely, high-quality care for patients in our community.
