I believe Jessice Bermudez registered me for this appointment and the prior appointment. I have always had pleasant employees registering me. I feel Jessica went a step beyond as she remembered me. She had a room full the first time I went in and she was calm and collected and in a really good mood. That makes the process enjoyable. She's a keeper.
