Golf Fun for Doctors and Raffle Fun for the Community

The Sierra View Foundation (SVF) continues to fundraise to benefit local health care. Currently, the SVF is preparing for a first annual fall golf tournament at River Island Country Club in Springville happening on Friday, October 15, 2021. The theme of the fall golf tournament is “Driving for Docs” and all proceeds go to Sierra View Medical Center’s newly launched Graduate Medical Education program that went live in July of 2021.

Along with the golf tournament, the SVF has gone digital with an online raffle where all community members can participate to win prizes or have a shot at the big-ticket item, the Pot of Gold prize ($1,000 cash to the winner).

Other available prizes include:

• 75” LG 4K TV donated by Walmart

• Bluetooth Speakers

• Gift Baskets and Gift Cards (local businesses) including: Plano Jerky, Sierra Minit Mart, Flower Mill

• Dinner for Two at Eagle Mountain Casino’s The River Steakhouse

• $100 Gas Card

• DeWalt Shop Equipment

More items are being added daily. You do not need to be present to win.

“The raffle component of the event is a fun way to welcome the community to interact with an event that has everything to do with the future of local health care,” says Director of Sierra View Foundation Kimberley Pryor-DeShazo. DeShazo is working closely with the Sierra View Foundation board and her Marketing & PR team to host the event.
