Sierra View Announces Chief Financial Officer

Sierra View Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Larsen, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Larsen, who has served as Interim CFO since May 2026, brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare finance and operations to the position.

Larsen previously served as Sierra View's Director of Financial Planning and Revenue Cycle before assuming the Interim CFO role. His experience with the organization, combined with his extensive financial background, provides a strong foundation for overseeing Sierra View's financial operations and supporting its long-term strategic goals.

Throughout his career, Larsen has held senior executive positions with several respected healthcare organizations, including Community Health System, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Sutter Health, and Sharp HealthCare. His experience spans large integrated healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician groups, with expertise in financial strategy, revenue cycle management, capital planning, and operational improvement.

In addition to his financial leadership experience, Larsen previously served as Interim CEO for Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from California State University, Sacramento.

As CFO, Larsen will oversee the medical center's financial operations, supporting fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and the organization's ongoing commitment to providing quality healthcare services to the Porterville community and surrounding areas.
