
Dr. Owen Kim serves as the Medical Director of the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center. Board-certified in radiology, hospice, and palliative medicine, Dr. Kim brings a wealth of expertise to his role. In addition to his certifications, he is also a licensed X-ray supervisor and operator.
At the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center, Dr. Kim oversees the radiation
therapy program, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients.
His dedication to the Cancer Treatment Center spans over three decades,
treating patients with us since 1990. Over the years, Dr. Kim's contributions
have played a vital role in the Center's growth into one of the pre-eminent
oncology centers in the Central Valley.
As the Consulting Physicist for the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center at Sierra View Medical Center, Dr. Georg Weidlich brings a wealth of academic knowledge and experience. Notably, Dr. Weidlich held the position of Consulting Professor in the Neurosurgery Department at Stanford University Medical Center, underscoring his extensive contributions to the field. Within the Cancer Treatment Center, Dr. Weidlich leads the Stereotactic Radiosurgery Program in collaboration with Radiation Oncologist Dr. Owen Kim.
Dr. Weidlich has earned a Master’s degree in Physics and a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Medical Physics. Beyond his role at Sierra View Medical Center, he serves as the Head Radiation Physicist for the Cyberknife program at the Fresno Community Hospital Radiation Oncology Department.
Dr. Prabhjot Bhinder is a board-certified medical oncologist at the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center. She is also board certified in internal medicine and holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. Dr. Bhinder completed her oncology fellowship at the University of Florida in Jacksonville and her internal medicine residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp, California.
Her clinical interests include breast cancer, brain cancer, and end-of-life care. She has served patients in a variety of settings, including Kaiser Permanente and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fresno. She brings a broad clinical background and applies a structured, evidence-based approach to cancer care for patients across the Central Valley.
Lizbeth Zamarripa Oseguera, MSN, RN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center. Born and raised in Porterville, Lizbeth has a strong connection to her hometown and the community she serves. She began her career in family practice, where her experiences with oncology patients sparked a deep interest in cancer care.
At the Cancer Treatment Center, Lizbeth works alongside the clinical team to provide high-quality care and support. She is proud to help bring advanced technology and treatment options to local oncology patients, contributing to the Center’s mission of delivering leading-edge cancer care close to home.
