My son's pain was out of control and they explained why they had to find out what was wring to treat accordingly. Charge nurse was exceptional. Her care was above the norm. She was knowledgeable her kindness and care, her name was Sylvia. Everyone that we came in contact with was professional and kind. The charge nurse, understood my son's special needs and addressed them, she was able to get the IV started. You need more like her in the department. The PA Sarah Spelsberg was excellent listened and addressed the medical need. CT and Ultrasound techs were kind and compassionate.
