Are you ready to serve your community and support local health care? The Sierra View Local Health Care District Board of Directors is seeking candidates for three Board seats that will appear on the November 3, 2026 General Election ballot.
Board members provide governance and oversight for Sierra View Medical Center, helping ensure quality of care, patient safety, financial stewardship, compliance, and the long-term success of the District. They help guide strategic decisions that shape the future of local health care. Seats Open for Election
- District 2 (Short-Term): Two-Year Term
- District 3: Four-Year Term
- District 5: Four-Year Term

Candidates must reside within the district they wish to represent. Use the map below to determine whether you reside in District 2, District 3, or District 5.
Nomination Period
The nomination period is open Monday, July 13, through Friday, August 7, 2026. Candidates must file nomination documents with the Tulare County Registrar of Voters by 5 PM on Friday, August 7, 2026.
How to Become a Candidate
Candidates interested in serving on the Sierra View Local Health Care District Board of Directors must complete the nomination process through the Tulare County Registrar of Voters.
All candidates are required to complete one in-person appointment with the Tulare County Registrar of Voters to file their nomination documents. Before your appointment, review the Candidate Guide and complete the required forms available from the Registrar of Voters.
