The Sierra View Medical Center Outpatient Imaging Department is located on the first floor of the Sierra View Medical Office Building on Pearson Drive. We offer a full range of imaging services to help your physician diagnose and monitor your health.

Appointments are required. Please schedule your appointment by calling (559)791-4739.

What to Bring

To ensure a smooth visit, please bring:

• A valid photo ID
• Insurance information (if applicable)
• A referral or imaging order from your physician: If your provider faxes the order, you usually don’t need to bring it—but you’re welcome to bring a copy if you have one. If the order is called in, you must bring a printed copy with you.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time for registration.

Imaging Results

Imaging results are available through our Patient Portal. To access the portal, you must be a registered Sierra View Medical Center patient and have provided your email during registration. Be sure to use the same email when creating a Patient Portal account.

Through the Patient Portal, you can view:

• Lab and imaging results
• Visit summaries
• Health records
• Update personal information and more!
