What is the Sunflower Award?​

The Sunflower Award recognizes Sierra View Medical Center team members who go above and beyond to support patient care. This award honors Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Ancillary Staff Members whose kindness, support, and attention to detail help create a safe and comfortable experience for patients and families.

Who can be nominated?

The Sunflower Award is open to:

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Ancillary Staff Members

How to Nominate a Team Member

Patients, visitors, staff, physicians, and volunteers are invited to nominate a deserving CNA or Ancillary Staff Member. If a team member made a difference during a visit or hospital stay, we encourage you to share your story. If your nominee is selected, you may be contacted.
