New Hire Onboarding Process

Step 1: First things first: Complete your Background Check process

You will receive an email from Accurate (our third party vendor) to begin the background process. Please make sure to do this asap to avoid delays in your start date.

Step 2: Post-Hire Forms: Complete your New Hire Forms

Below are links to completing your new hire forms. Please make sure to complete all forms in both links below by clicking on each link.

Step 4: Day 1 Appointment – Pre-employment Health Screening Click here for more information and what to bring

  • Health screening with Employee Health Department
  • Physical Essential Functions Capacity assessment at SVMC’s Physical Therapy Site
  • Pre-employment Physical at Living Water Clinic
Step 5: Day 2 Appointment - HR Onboarding Appointment Click here for more information and what to bring
  • Report to Employee Health Department for TB Review and Chest X-ray if prior positive TB
  • Meet with Human Resources
  • Meet with your department Leader
