Island Dreams

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Island Dreams, hosted by the Sierra View Foundation on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 5:30 PM. The event will take place at the Ramirez residence, located at 20113 Avenue 168 in Porterville. Guests are invited to dress in cocktail attire and immerse themselves in a night of tropical allure.

Enjoy live entertainment that will transport you to an island paradise, and participate in an exciting silent auction and dessert auction. It's an evening not to be missed, filled with great company, delicious treats, and the chance to support local healthcare.

Donations

Support our Island Dreams event by contributing to two exciting fundraising opportunities: the Mystery Box Fundraiser and the Dessert Auction.

  • Mystery Box Fundraiser: Get into the island spirit with our Mystery Box Fundraiser! Each box is filled with hidden treasures, and the excitement comes from discovering what’s inside—you won’t know until you open it! Guests can purchase a Mystery Box at the event for a set price. We’re currently seeking donations to fill these boxes, and welcome contributions such as gift certificates, items from local businesses, or any other unique offerings.
  • Dessert Auction: Get ready for some friendly competition with our dessert auction! Each table will have a bid sheet for guests to pledge contributions. After dinner, the table with the highest total gets first pick of the desserts, followed by the next highest bidders, and so on.

If you are interested in supporting Island Dreams, but would like to donate in another way that is not listed, we accept high ticket items for the silent auction, dessert for our dessert auction or monetary donations to go towards the purchase of auction items.
